RIVA is a real estate project for everybody – for couples, families, senior citizens and singles. Our mission was to create an original and recognisable concept that focused on brand-awareness among a wide target audience. We spared nothing to achieve this goal, from a website, brochure and 3D visualisations through to online advertising using Google and social media campaigns.
An ambitious project like this requires an outside-of-the-box marketing strategy. To start the creative juices flowing, we held a kick-off meeting with the entire Extensa team, and just a few brainstorming sessions later we proposed the Live More concept, which highlights the atmosphere, experience and quality of the development.
