Would we be able to launch three office projects at almost exactly the same time? No problem. Our approach began with a question: could we use one branding, website and story for the three Banimmo projects?
After this extensive exercise with various stakeholders, the project was put on the market. On request from the estate agents, hooox made separate brochures for NETWORKS and for the three specific projects. We built the user-friendly website www.networks.be to present the concept and the projects to potential tenants. We also launched high-performance Google and LinkedIn campaigns. But the icing on the cake was the VR experience that we created in collaboration with Prompto: it allowed you to take a virtual tour of the building and even adjust the interior design!
