New Immo’s new website helps the company market its properties more quickly and effectively. A number of innovative online services also help New Immo stand out from the competition.

One tool allows visitors to calculate their borrowing capacity, a simulator enables them to determine the purchase value of a property or calculate the cost of insurance, and you can even use it to simulate a full loan overview.

This is where digital automation begins

To speed up transactions, hooox also used an API to synchronise the data with Newimmo’s CRM system (Easy2Pilot). This allows estate agents to continue managing all data within their CRM, whilst ensuring that this information is immediately available to prospective buyers and on all property portals. Thanks to digital automation, estate agents work faster, there are no longer any errors in the published data, and each property is represented by a specific estate agent.

This isn’t our first project in Luxembourg

Newimmo is not hooox’s first project in Luxembourg.
