hooox has a long-standing partnership with the developer 3D Real Estate, which is working on an ambitious sustainable development project. The project is located on The Loop in Ghent. This area is currently uncharted territory for residential property, but that is set to change. The City of Ghent is working on a large-scale project to create a new neighbourhood here.

Bloei is more than just a development project – it is a statement on sustainability and community spirit. The project encompasses various sustainable aspects, from the use of the hayfield principle to promote biodiversity to the implementation of energy-efficient technologies. Through our communication strategy, we convey these aspects to the public in a clear and compelling manner.

From brand identity to print and web

To effectively communicate Bloei’s message, we have created a range of communication tools, including a strong visual identity, printed materials and a comprehensive website featuring 3D visualisations. Combined with a supporting campaign, these tools offer a unique and engaging way to present the various aspects of the project and ensure that Bloei’s message is conveyed in a consistent and professional manner.

How sustainability and an ecological approach can be reflected in printed materials

To highlight the project’s environmental awareness and sustainable nature, we made a conscious decision to prioritise reusability and responsible paper choices when developing the project brochure.

By using smaller detailed maps for each building, we reduced paper consumption and emphasised our commitment to sustainability.

We opted for FSC-certified paper, which consists of 40% recycled waste and is produced using green energy. Thanks to these conscious choices, the printed materials fit perfectly with the project’s green ethos.
