Wood Hub is much more than just an office building. It represents a bold commitment to sustainability and innovation and is one of the most ambitious projects in the Benelux. With an advanced structural system combining both timber and concrete, a ‘fossil-free’ approach, and a smart energy management system, Wood Hub serves as the textbook example of a ‘smart building’.
Wood Hub has achieved impressive BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Platinum certifications, setting new standards for innovative and sustainable construction.
Timber Construction Strategy
This groundbreaking development, created by BPI Real Estate, will serve as the new headquarters for the CFE Group and its various subsidiaries (VMA Mobix, BPC, MBG, Van Laere, Benelmat and Arthur Vandorpe), including BPI Real Estate itself.
The building also embodies the sustainable timber construction strategy of two other subsidiaries, Woodshapers and LTS. The remaining office spaces are being let, and Ethias Insurance has already purchased the building.
