A new lease of life for Pegasus

Following a successful collaboration on the Marquis project, Tribeca Capital Partners has once again opted for a more complex communications brief. This time, the brief was: "Assist us in repositioning Pegasus Business Park within the Brussels office market with the aim of attracting new tenants."

The transformation from park to campus

Fortunately, with experienced property managers from both Tribeca and Resolution Partners on board, it was clear that this was not merely a marketing ploy. The new owner demonstrated a willingness to invest in the sustainability of the existing properties whilst also further developing the existing community. For instance, a number of padel courts were added to the existing sports facilities, giving Pegasus an even stronger sense of being a campus.

Community driven

Following an intensive workshop with asset manager Tribeca Capital Partners and Resolution Property, the new communication strategy was developed. The aim is to strengthen the sense of community within the business park through improved signage and a refresh of the corporate identity. Visual material has been produced to capture the annual activities and reinforce this sense of community, and a welcome guide is available for newcomers.

Targeted marketing

To attract new potential tenants, all communication tools were overhauled. This included targeted adjustments to signage and the integration of the brand across the campus, a new website and brochures, a presentation to welcome first-time visitors, and specific communications about events organised at Pegasus.

Clear USP

The aim is to clearly highlight the benefits: excellent accessibility, including by public transport (the project is located next to a train station and just a stone’s throw from Brussels National Airport), and an attractive campus environment offering employees modern facilities (leisure and sport), all at a competitive rent.

Following the completion of the new infrastructure and the implementation of sustainable technologies, Pegasus Park has everything it needs to become the new star on the horizon of the Brussels suburbs.
