The ambitious team at The Agency, a young and dynamic player also active in France and Germany, turned to hooox to raise its profile in the Luxembourg property market. The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg is, after all, a particularly interesting property market that has seen a great deal of activity in recent years, and in which hooox is very active.
The Agency brings investors and buyers together at the heart of a unique ecosystem. It was therefore hooox’s task to highlight their investment and development plans – including property sales and asset management – and to communicate these effectively to the right target audience.
At The Agency’s request, we overhauled the website and opted for a more dynamic and efficient approach, integrating a CRM package so that they can update their communications themselves.
Handy calculation tools for prospective buyers
Visitors to theagency.lu can use a number of particularly user-friendly calculation tools to work out what the final cost of the property project might be.
Behind these exceptionally user-friendly and therefore easy-to-understand tools lies a great deal of complex expertise. We developed this entirely bespoke and built it on the open-source CMS Processwire. Processwire enables the client to manage their own web content themselves at a later date.
