The team of Elements Development – a dynamic developer based in the Belgian city of Lier – contacted hooox for a complete overhaul of several of their most important tools, including their corporate branding.

Targeted rebranding

Based on an analysis of the company’s strengths and how they wish to position themselves in the market, we developed a contemporary and timeless corporate identity. Hooox convinced Condominium (as it was then known) to choose a name that not only sounds a little more modern, but also creates more clarity about their core business. The new name Elements Development and accompanying logo refer to the natural elements of water, earth, air and fire, essential for the real estate and construction industry.

From figures to case studies

We then took a critical look at the existing corporate brochure to see how it could be optimised. Rather than simply listing reference projects and figures, we chose to highlight various important projects in the form of case studies. Archive photos, architectural sketches and site photos told the story of the developments, the difficulties encountered in these specific cases and how Elements Development came to a solution.

Clear digital language

Finally, we built a new corporate website with a strong focus on the vision of Elements Development and the company’s underlying pillars. A clear digital business card that convinces potential partners, suppliers, investors and buyers!
