Hooox has collaborated with our partner Baltisse to create the city of tomorrow in Howald City, a sustainable mixed-use neighbourhood in Luxembourg. The office park, situated next to the multimodal station, is largely let to international end-users.
We contributed to this project by developing 3D visualisations, copywriting and brand identity for the buildings. In addition, we used tools to increase brand awareness via LinkedIn and designed a professional website to showcase the project.
Current status
Baltisse is currently developing an office park comprising five buildings, situated next to the multimodal station. Two of these buildings have already been sold, whilst the remaining three – named The Edge, The Corner and The Shift – have largely been let to international end-users.
