Our task was to come up with a creative campaign that would highlight La Cathédrale as the perfect place to live in Liege, to love the experience and to get the most out of the city. We must admit that the breath-taking view of the cathedral and the unique location a stone’s throw from Place de la Cathédrale were a gift from the gods when it came to performing the job. There was also another objective to the campaign – to firmly anchor the development locally by working closely with partners in the Liege region.
The view and the location became the spearheads of the campaign, which focuses on la Place and all its many facets. To bolster the local angle we once again joined forces with Moury Construction, a Liege contractor with a flawless reputation that also happens to be the smallest company listed on the Brussels stock exchange. Thanks to the great partnership between Baltisse and Moury, both the task of obtaining a range of permits and the commercialisation of the project itself were boosted.
Sales got off to a roaring start, and within just a few weeks we had so many interested buyers that 70% of the apartments had already been reserved before work even started. The ground floor of the building was leased to the popular clothing chain Zara, which marks its first flagship store in Liege.
