Things move fast if you already know one another

At hooox we take the time to gain an in-depth understanding of our client’s project or corporate identity. But that is not always possible. Sometimes things need to move fast. Extremely fast.

In late January, the investment firm Baltisse asked us to develop communication tools for Royal Park, an exclusive office project in Luxemburg. With an ambitious deadline: 10 March, when the MIPIM trade fair was due to take place (ultimately COVID-19 scuppered these plans).

Riding to the rescue

Not our usual way of working, but if needs must, we can come riding to the rescue. After a race against the clock, we launched a strategically underpinned project website with its own house style, a 3D film and 3D images.

Despite the February half-term holiday and the coronavirus madness, we succeeded in delivering this project within the agreed time frame. Hooox has had a relationship of trust with Baltisse for many years, which enabled us to work at the required speed. Short decision-making lines and punchy virtual meetings in the early morning or late evening made the deadline achievable.

Our thanks go to the team at Baltisse and the Luxembourg-based architects at Beiler François Fritsch for the smooth collaboration! We did it!

About Royal Park

Royal Park is a sustainable renovation project in the beating heart of Luxemburg, between the renowned Boulevard Royal and the city parks. It is a pleasant place to work with open architecture and plenty of natural light. The project was certified as  ‘Excellent’ by BREEAM.

"This collaboration with hooox was exemplary thanks to an attentive willingness to listen and optimum reactivity. The digital tools provided allow all involved parties to interact efficiently. The targeted guidance offered by our project manager certainly helped with this. I would therefore wholeheartedly recommend hooox for upcoming campaigns for our future property developments."
