Expert talk: availability modules – getting a clear picture of your offering

With every real estate project, the same question arises: do you showcase the full range of units or just a selection? And more importantly: how do you present that range clearly and attractively?

At Hooox, we develop various types of availability modules, each with its own strengths and tailored to your project. Depending on the size and complexity of the project, we opt for a Basic, Classic or Complex module. All our modules can be expanded as required and customised to suit your needs.

Why display quotes on your project website?

Even if you work with an external estate agent, it remains essential to display the available properties directly on the project website. Why?

1. Transparency and trust

Visitors expect accurate and up-to-date information. A clear presentation of what’s on offer builds trust in the project and in you as the developer.

2. Increased engagement and conversion

An interactive availability module keeps visitors on the site longer and increases the likelihood of them taking action (requesting information, booking an appointment, contacting an estate agent).

3. Positioning and control over the experience

The project website is the project’s calling card.

By visually integrating the property listings there too, you retain control over the brand experience and steer the narrative you wish to convey.

4. Efficiency in the sales process

Potential buyers can explore the options in advance and filter for what is relevant to them. This improves the quality of the lead flow to the estate agent.

5. Data insights and remarketing

A dedicated availability module provides insights into visitor behaviour: which units are being viewed, which filters are being used? This data is valuable for further marketing and sales strategy.

In short

The availability module on the project website is not a competitor to the estate agent, but a strategic tool that enhances sales efforts.

By linking this module to our email automation, you can turn data into targeted action: personalised communication tailored to each visitor. Based on browsing and clicking behaviour, we send automated emails about the project over a two-month period, tailored to the visitor’s interest profile (for example, specific units or an investor profile). This helps us keep leads warm and increases the likelihood of conversion.

Find out which module is right for your project

Below are our three main types:

Basic

Basic
– simple and clear

The Basic module is ideal for smaller projects with up to 25 units for sale. The listings are displayed in a clear table with filtering and sorting options based on the number of bedrooms, floor level and living area. The simplicity of this module makes it quick to implement and extremely user-friendly.

Optionally, this module can also be converted into a visually appealing ‘card view’, where each unit is displayed as a separate block or box. This provides a more modern presentation, without compromising on ease of use or filtering functionality.

Advantages:

  • Clear overview in table format
  • Quick implementation
  • Low barrier to entry for visitors

Classic

Classic
– interactive and visually striking

The Classic module adds a visual layer to the overview. Ideal for projects where the user experience is key. Visitors start with a 3D elevation view or a floor plan, and click through to the different floors. Availability is indicated by colour, and the filtering system remains intact.

Advantages:

  • Strong visual support
  • Greater visitor engagement
  • Convenient filtering combined with floor plan view

Complex

Complex
– the ultimate experience for larger projects

For large, multifaceted projects involving multiple buildings, there is the Complex module. This offers a three-step, layered navigation: a top-down view or 3D representation of the project, followed by a detailed view for each building and floor. Each step provides greater insight into the offering, with colours and filters that enhance the user experience.

Advantages:

  • Suitable for large, complex projects
  • Highly visual and intuitive
  • Flexible filtering options (including building selection)

Optional: 360° turn-table view

For those wishing to offer the ultimate experience, there is the option to expand the Classic and Complex modules with a 360° turntable view. This feature displays the project in a full rotation, allowing potential buyers to view the building virtually from all angles. Thanks to this interactive experience, they can literally ‘walk around the building’ and get an even better feel for their future home; it creates an emotional connection with the visitor and supports the decision-making process by providing a spatial understanding.

This requires 36 render images of the project (every 10°), which demands more detailed preparation from the 3D artist and technical development team. But the result? A distinctive, immersive presentation that lowers the barrier to entry in the decision-making process and gives the project a premium look and feel.

What is the right choice?

The choice of a particular type of availability module depends on the scale of the project, the visuals available, and the level of user-friendliness required for visitors. Sometimes a Basic module is perfectly adequate. At other times, a visually rich and multi-layered module is needed to showcase the project in all its glory. We are happy to offer our expert input on this, ensuring that every project gets exactly the module it deserves.
