This is not Banimmo’s first venture at The Loop. Following the successful development of NETWORKS I and II, the time is now ripe to add a new chapter with Atmos. The sustainability ambitions for this project are exceptionally high.
Not only does ATMOS promise future tenants that their building will comply with the latest European taxonomy rules regarding CO2 emissions during the building’s use, but emissions during the construction of ATMOS are also minimised through highly innovative techniques such as hemp plantations on site.
The direct cycle link to Gent Sint-Pieters further underscores The Loop’s transformation into a cycle-friendly extension of the station district.
Surrounded by greenery and built with the European taxonomy and the highest BREEAM standards in mind, this building offers features that are rare in new office developments in Ghent.
Atmos therefore promises to make a breathtaking contribution to the sustainable future of workplaces.
Building a strong brand identity, setting up a commercial website to support estate agents, and, of course, providing ongoing communication support via social media at various events, such as a cycle tour from the station to Atmos led by Alderman Sammy Souguir, or footage of the hemp plantation harvest featuring video interviews with all partners.
