Branding that stands out

It was crystal clear what Fides wanted: create a brand that stands out from all the others. That means that a unique market position is essential, and so we went in search of the true DNA of Fides Invest. What struck us is that the company nearly always only offers its projects for sale once they are completed. In that manner Fides gives the concept of ‘ready to move in’ a new and very personal dimension for apartments.

The outcomes

We used a digital campaign and Facebook competition to draw the attention of new buyers to the company’s various real estate projects. A brand-new website, a fresh corporate look and new visuals completed the picture. Then there was also a smart partnership created with BoConcept for furnishings.

Project: South Eden

Fides transformed the former Chamber of Commerce office in South Antwerp into 30 bright apartments. South Eden sales only commenced after delivery, which turned out to be the correct choice. In the very first week ten apartments were already sold. We also created a range of visual tools for the Fides sales team, such as advertising banners on the Immoweb site.

Project: RWK 1879

RWK 1879 is a renovation in the historic Antwerp city centre, a former gendarmerie barracks that was turned into a 140-apartment complex. Fides also built a new section on the vacant lands. We developed both a house style and a brochure for the project, as well as taking photographs and creating advertisements, newsletters and flyers.
