Baltisse, Filip Balcaen’s investment fund, is aiming big – it wants to be one of the biggest players in the Belgian property market. Their property division focuses on professional real estate, real estate for senior citizens and mixed-use developments. Baltisse has recently moved to stylish new offices on The Loop in Ghent, designed by the architect John Bontinck.
So what about their new corporate identity and website? They firmly bear our stamp. The commission was clear-cut: an elegant corporate and online identity with a low-key design that exudes reliability and confidence. And so we got to brainstorming together with Baltisse, which was soon followed by the first creative proposals, an exercise that became the launchpad for a completely overhauled communications strategy on the part of Baltisse.
