become reality

Baltisse, Filip Balcaen’s investment fund, is aiming big – it wants to be one of the biggest players in the Belgian property market. Their property division focuses on professional real estate, real estate for senior citizens and mixed-use developments. La Cathédrale

Just a short time later Baltisse knocked on our door once again, this time engaging us to run the entire campaign for the La Cathédrale project, an exceptional redevelopment in the heart of Liege. The French-language project also become our introduction to the residential property market in the Liege city centre.
