Inspiring print work at MIPIM 2013

We believe that our own work benefits from researching what is happening in the world of real estate communication across the globe. Although on-line communication is so important many real estate projects clearly benefit from having a strong brochure, flyer or other printed communication tool. Every year the MIPIM in Cannes provides an excellent opportunity to see what other agencies are making for their clients. Once again we have stuffed our suitcases with nothing but the finest, most creative printed media we could get our hands on.

4 reasons why we chose LiquidPlanner as our project management and planning tool.

At hooox we constantly keep our eyes open for solutions to improve our services. Sometimes that may be small things such as feedly or netvibes , two services which allow us to find interesting articles worth sharing on our real estate news site scooop.

We are also big advocates of the open source content management system Wordpress as it empowers our clients to independently update the content of their websites. Frequent visits to the plug-in page mean we are often among the first to work with some great new options to extend the functionality of our client’s websites.

Once in a while we stumble upon something which REALLY shakes things up and forces us to re-examine our way of working. This was the case with LiquidPlanner, an on-line planning system which we were quick to integrate into our daily work routine.

When we visit MIPIM we keep our eyes open for anything concerning real estate marketing which we find interesting.

Returning from Cannes with our suitcases stuffed with brochures we carefully took the time to go through them.

Groupon is leading the couponing world and we have seen dozens of competitors surface, but one has squarely captured our attention not only because of it’s devotion to real estate professionals, but because it doesn’t over-complicate a very simple concept.

KeepSum.com has literally just launched to offer deals on tools and services that real estate professionals are either already using or want to use in their business
